I am an Assistant Professor of Management and Organizations at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Currently, I am a visiting faculty member at MIT Sloan's Institute for Work and Employment Research (IWER) and based in Boston.

My research focuses on strategic human capital and organization theory, with particular emphasis on the sociology of labor markets, career mobility, and inequality. My work has been published or is forthcoming in top-tier academic journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, American Journal of Sociology, Nature Human Behaviour, and Organization Studies. 

I earned my PhD from IESE Business School with a summa cum laude distinction. During my doctoral studies, I had a visiting period at London Business School. I also hold a Master of Research degree in Management from IESE Business School and a BA in Management from Bogaziçi University.
